Terms of Payment:

Terms of payment for Diva Hair Supply are 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. Credit Cards are charged upon order placement.

Product Availability:

If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately. We will give you an option of a full refund or you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship items upon arrival and will keep you updated via e-mail to inform you of the estimated arrival date. If back ordered items are not received within a reasonable length of time(2-3wks) we will contact you and offer you a discounted price or a full refund.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed during our business hours which are Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) & Saturday (8am-12pm) and are shipped the same day they are received excluding holidays. Orders not placed during business hours will be processed the following business day. Once shipped, the order will arrive during the timeframe selected on the order.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48hours of placing your order please contact us via e-mail @ divahairsupply@gmail.com.

Fraud & Theft:

CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our product ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Diva Hair Supply does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Diva Hair Supply will not be liable for consequential special, indirect or severe damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages in regards to any third party except which is provided herein. Diva Hair Supply is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of product(s) under this agreement.
